I did the php script and it worked sent the email perfectlly but members who recently joined are unable to get a regstration email.
I told them to check normal and junk and they was no email for over 5 different users.

I wish you use SMTP mail.
If your host permits it's faster and easy to configure.
Or else you can alternatively use the Google Mail here is how you can do it.
Configure your google apps mail.
Then in your mybb ACP,look or mail settings and there you can find SMTP settings.
Add the settings as stated below :
SMTP hostname: tls://smtp.gmail.com
SMTP port: 465
SMTP Encryption Mode: No encryption
Mail Logging: Log Everything
Add message ID in mail headers: No

It still not sending mails such as forgot pw, regstration ect..
