I have had a really annoying and strange bug on my forum. When a guest goes to my site it says there's no members on when there is, also when anyone logs on it says there's no users on until they refresh the page after like five minutes, this bug is really frustrating can you please help me fix it?

We are computer enthusiasts, We do not condone nor promote illegal hacking all the tutorials are mearly for security research and educational purposes, if I see any members posting content that is promoting illegal activities, the user will be banned and the correct authorities will be contacted if need be, therefore I do not think we should be classified as Hacking, although that is your opinion and thank you for advising me on that rule here I genuinely did not know it was in place.
