P.S. I only mentioned bootstraps because, ultimately, as you make a website they can teach you more as you go through the documentation than just reading W3Schools or some other crap like that.

Tomm has it right. The best way to learn things is to go head first. Reading about it doesn't give you the practical experience that is useful.

Theory-work is nice and all, but practicality is what pays the bills.

I guess ultimatly i would need to be good at gfx design to make any thing and currently i suck at photoshop

Well i think i got enough information on what to do and how to do it so thanks.

Gonna learn more about photoshop and css then i should be good i think.

Creating things and experimenting is defintely a better way than reading but you still need the basics down to be able to work out what your doing
