I would like to know how often should i optimize database tables in Tools & Maintenance, for time being i am doing it once in 15 days, is it ok or i should do it weekly or monthly..

Just bit confused ... hoping to find a answer soon...

Doing it monthly should be fine. Weekly if you have a larger, more active forum.
