It doesn't seem to be doing much? How and where can I manuelly insert meta and keywords?
http://www.mahoganyfolk.com is my url.. I just can't seem to figure out how to get this done with mybb, it's really easy with phpbb!
Add it to the headerinclude template.
Why don't we add it to the index.php? (I really don't know.. I keep finding tutorials on mybb to do it on index.php)
headerinclude is included in every page of your forum.

Maybe have a look at this: http://mods.mybb.com/view/metatags-plugin
Okay thanks Vernier, also I found some code and it has a line it in that I'm not familiar with, would you recommend changing the no-follow to follow?

It's really easy with MyBB too. You just didn't know how to do it.

I believe Google SEO doesn't support these because they're totally useless; Google doesn't read keywords at all and Yahoo has them as their least considered factor.

Also, your description is no good. It doesn't actually explain what your site is.
All you do is drop the stuff into the index template, forumdisplay, showthread, stats, user profile, etc.
I list all of those because you probably want to change up the title and stuff a bit so The Big G doesn't penalize you.
