make sure that u uploaded the images to your ftp.
if you are using firefox
right click > site info > media > look for blank image > copy the url > go to your ftp with that url (like if the url was
www.example.com/image/thank.gif ) check if the image is there if it is not then you need to get it or get another one an call it thank.gif
note:
i'm just using thank.gif as an example the plugin might use another image name
