It's odd, because once I set my test account to the same time zone as my admin account, they both showed up. Does the time zone setting affect who's online within the last 15 minutes?

It shouldn't do. When I was testing it, I set my timezone to GMT +1 (my current time) and I didn't notice it. I also just tried setting the account to GMT -12 and still no problem.
