I've run the two queries, the first query Affected rows: 0 because I don't have to change usergroup.

Did you look at the ./inc/config.php file as I suggested?
I don't run other query, I view file according to your suggestions. See the tables from the phpmyadmin everything seems right, gid=4 have cancp=1 and I tried log different id in group admin but still can't log successful into the ACP.
Could you possibly post your URL, admin login details and access to phpmyadmin in the Private Enquiries forum? That would make it much easier to fix.
