Is any mods here that has a custom theme selector that which allows users to select their own theme at a certain forum?? Please, post the link here or kindly create some mods like that. Thanks!

The following plugin allow your users to select their theme;
http://mods.mybb.com/view/quick-theme-onchange
But it will not for specific theme for specific forum/subforum. If you want like this then it needs something another plugin which I don't think available right now.
