I have been looking but I don't know if there is a plugin for this so..

Anyway,
I want to know if there is a plugin which would allow an Admin to login to any users account?

I need a plugin like this due to some members on my forum have been reported for sending rude messages and stuff, and I need access to see if it's correct or not..

How do you add it? eh' like which file?
I thought there would be a file with it in there, and instructions but :p

It's a single plugin file. It goes under ./inc/plugins/. Upload and activate it.
