Is there a plugin where members can change their username colour without needing access to the administrator control panel?

For example:
A plugin were you can activate for certain groups (lets say premium) so premium users can go to the user control panel and press a tab or option and a colour selector opens and they can pick their username colour?

I have saw it on IPB, vB and xF and could not find it on here. Is there a plugin that allows this?

*Also, in case anyone is thinking, I have not spelled colour wrong, it's the British spelling.*

There's currently no plugins that I know of for this.

Oh, I apologise, I left a bit out. I have set premium so they have glitter name, I want that too stay, just they can edit the username colour. Again, I apologise.

Don't think there is a plugin available for that currently.

I am not trusting no guy from hackforums because it wont be an official plugin.
