How can I change the linking of the "reputation" image that's not showing? It should show a different image but the linking is wrong

it seems that you don't have this image , it is missing

try to go to your ftp > images > black >
try to find this image postbit_reputation.gif if you got it
then copy it and paste it here
ftp > images > black > english
if you cant find that image , then you must contact the guy who made the theme for you if it was private theme , if it is public theme please provide download link and i will solve this problem for you for sure

Do you know where the file to change the link is, because I've decided I want to remove the reputation button?

you can do it in an easy way
get the new image you want to use
rename it postbit_reputation.gif and post it in this dir
ftp > images > black > English
