i have double setting in my forum. See below:
General Setting(0 setting)
no setting found
General Setting(10 setting)
board name:
board name:
board url:
board url:

plz tell me how to fix that without loosing anything.

It Looks Like This (See Attachment)

You need to delete them from your database then one by one.
