Two things I'm trying to do here:
1. This is (hopefully) the easy part. I'm trying to remove the Category option from the MyBB navbit. For instance, when they show Forums » Category » Forum Name on the top of the forum page, I want to remove the Category portion -- my users don't often visit forum types by category, so I want to remove the excessive text. I know it's a part of navbit, but I can't quite find where the Category display code is located.
2. This is the hard part. I want the topic post (post 0) of every thread to show up in the Reply "Thread Review" section. I believe the relevant template is called "newreply_threadreview". So when people reply, they first see the original topic that everyone is discussing, and then see the new/old replies.
