Is it possible to block/prevent people from quoting Admin postings ? Either by editing the core files or by a mod of some kind ? In general quoting should be possible, just not when the quoted post was done by an Administrator.

Any help is appreciated.

It would require a mod of some kind. I don't believe one exists, best to request it here
