I want to remove this page which comes up after every action like login/logout, post thread/reply, search etc.

Configuration > Server and Optimization Options > Friendly Redirection Pages

Turn it off.

I'm interested in finding this out too. I also hate pop out or page or whatever this is.

AdminCP > Configuration > Server and Optimization Options > Friendly Redirection Pages > Off.

Well, I listed the setting used to turn this on or off. Hope it helps.
