We are a new forum (2 weeks old) installed using softaculous, everything is going great, but we have a member she logs in and it says she has successfully logged in, but she isn't logged in.

Guessing this maybe a cookie problem ??

It's probably because she's browsing the site without www in the URL and your cookie domain includes www. Remove the www from the cookie domain, it should be just .spectrumforums.com

You could also add a redirect to your .htaccess file so everyone browses the site with or without www - http://dense13.com/blog/2008/02/27/redir...-htaccess/ - the benefits of doing so are explained there.
