Can hp dc5700 run pentium D 830 Processor? i checked the HP website and it is mentioned that it can run d820 Processor (2.8ghz) and d945 Processor (3.4ghz) ?

I assume so, HP doesn't release the actual Mobo so if their website says so, it must be. Maybe call and ask their support. ^_^.
