Somehow I lost the ability to create a dashboard login for my admin account can't create a new one. I've tried it hundreds of times and nothing work. Is there some secret i'm missing?

What do you mean lost the ability? From my understand all you need to access the admin panel is to visit the directory admin panel is installed in. And for login, you just need an admin account credentials to login admin cp. So what exactly is your situation?
