I need to make a category and I want just a few people to have acces on it (if it is possible, to select every people that have acces, and if not it's ok to give acces on a specific group).

Also I need that category to be visible on the board, but not accesible.
It's there any plugin that I can use for this?

You can set it with group access but there is an application called Forum ID restriction
