It only happens when you browse as Googlebot in order to hide its keywords from the admin and regular users. However, Google will associate your site with those keywords because that's what it sees.

If you didn't modify those files yourself, replace them with ones from the fresh MyBB package. Then change all of your passwords (cPanel, FTP, Admin CP, etc) after running a thorough AV scan on your computer. That should prevent this stuff from happening in the future.

Yes, I have done all kind of scan and kept on changing pwd for every week for last 2 months. Also have paid version of Malwarebyte Anti-Malware and Advanced System Care both paid version installed on my laptop. This is the only place I use to access the site. Seem's like its the same group of hacker after me.. the site is ranked well now on google for "viagra for sale" . used to be on first page, now on 3rd page since I updated to myBB.

the files that shows modified were for SEO.. I have verified those files one by one and they are fine. I am a PHP developer so I can read the codes well. Just can't seem to figure out how this is being done.

I re-uploaded a fresh copy of the entire site, changed my pwd. Seem google's bot is interpreting it properly now. Let's see what happens in the next few days.
