Well basically, I can't view my own forum! I tried two other computers in my household, they can't view it too. I asked my friends to see if they can view it, and it's perfectly fine for them. I've been trying to fix this problem for days, I found no solution, so I decided to take it to the mybb forums. The weird thing is that I can view my site with a proxy or VPN, and no, I am not IP banned from my own forum. I checked via VPN.

Maybe you banned yourself on Cloudflare. Check your cloudflare blacklist.

If you rescently changed your nameservers, it could be because your ISP is slow to update their records.
It could also be cloudflare.

It would honestly be beneficial to know if the site is receiving any CloudFlare error messages specifically. You might want to look at changing to OpenDNS or something as well.
