Why does my forum have NO line between the forum has no posts and the forum icon?

Go to AdminCP-->Template e Themes-->Your theme and control at the bottom the border of your theme i think it is on 0

Go in global.css and see if there is the class .tborder

Yeah they is. I think I need help from a advanced MyBB Users or Support Team.

Admincp / Templates & Style / Themes / Your Theme / Edit Theme Properties / Inner Table Border Width.

Yours is set to 0, try set it to 1.
