okay so when i change forum icons using the plugin... the minimize image and jscript goes away seen at
http://97th.net46.net/ under the gaming tab
how do i fix this?

Mhmm weird, it adds for the tabs mentioned this into the url for the image
/fid32/
Try to create a folder in ins called fid32 and upload to that folder the image:
http://97th.net46.net/images/ins/collapse.gif
Its called collapse and is located inside your ins folder to. Make sure to copy it and not delete it from the original source.
Bigger problem though is the current set up breaks the buttons to.
But looking at the mod it seems to cause a lot of trouble for other users, you might be better off buying the mycentral one:
