When I use another language... how can I see images, at the bottom of thread? (I can't see em atm)

Well I would like to use another forum... so my question is actually how to change that folder...

Basically, when I use another language on my forum, not English.
Images, that you can see on the bottom of the post are invisible.

Well.. I've uploaded every file from .rar as it's said there.
And I've used ACP to make is a default language.
Also, I used FileZilla
