I am working on a new forum and whenever I add change to templates its not showing up. Some of my CSS change show up, but none of the templates are annd I am not sure why?

Revert the templates back to default and then apply the changes again.

That didnt work for me =/ Im trying to add in side tables the same way I have on several other forums and for some reason it is not letting me do that.
