i don't see any problem
your rating has been added

If you refresh the page then it shows the correct rating. For some reason it does remove the yellow stars but it's not like it's not actually adding the rating.

not has any star... i put several time 5 star (refresh, put, refresh put...) ... but not appear anything here...

Strange, I get two stars..
Remember this is an average of all of the votes, so even if you do vote 5 star it won't show 5 stars.

Have you tried clearing your cache etc.?
