I want Pictures to be the face of the Topic, and when someone clicks on it. It will take it to the Forum Thread.
It's possible but it wouldn't be the easiest thing.
Look into xthreads it would be your best starting point.
As Alex said, Xthreads can do that pretty easily - do you want that for forum display? Like a product page. Check out

Be warned they WON"T make it for you, they just give you the tools to do it. There is no plug in for the page, the XThreads plugin makes creating such forumdisplays possible, that is all.
