I've been working on my error pages as well. Mine is currently just a pile of links but it serves its purpose a hundred times better than a generic blank page.

I'd suggest adding a link to "Go Back" or "Contact Staff" as well. Its a suitable location for links like that and might come in handy as well.

I love it. I've always liked making somewhat silly 404 error pages whenever I worked on Wordpress sites. I'm gonna put this on my to-do list for TESOF.

Yes, it is good for the error page (the 404) but I also have it for the board closed or a bad search result etc etc. I don't WANT them to pm me cos there no new posts - I want em to POST

Well my forum is about Pokemon, so there are images all around the web. I like Anxiety page, I tried something similar but it was ugly when showing the login form or whatnot.
Well, as I have the login in the nav bar....
I deleted it
Duh, never thought about that, I do have the login bar in the top bar as well (most forums do), will try it in my other forum. But for my Pokemon one I would like something like a splash screen, so there will no be header/footer in it. Still with quick links for reference though.
