I certainly hope I'm not the only person who is frustrated by the fact that I can't change the HTML of quotes or code blocks. While in most cases changes won't be too drastic, it's kind of irritating that I have to use floats and negative margins and some other CSS hacks to get a significantly interesting layout for these, and even then you're still limited to only using the elements included (want your quoted text to have a certain background different from the gutter margins? Tough, you can only apply it to the entire blockquote, or use some CSS hackery that breaks on half the browsers). It would also be nice so that those who want to upgrade to HTML5 can do so more easily.
