What features do you think should be added to make it more worth it?

I know you guys come down tough so I know you'll be able to tell me how crap the deal is but how to improve is what I'm looking for

Umm, what is it for exactly? Is it hosting or what?

I guess I should explain more think of a free forum host now think of that plus a paid forum management service plus on demand designing, that sums it up.

Well, do you/they have the power to upload other files to add things to the site? If not, I would consider that a big downside myself.

I like complete control on a host (VPS), but at a minimum- a host should have

FTP, SFTP, or WebDav
Choice of PosgreeSQL or MySQL
sendmail or postfix
fsockopen

Uhh I'll explain why you pay for it when you don't get to upload when I next come on.
