Hello people , i have forum in hebrew , when i changed a name of forum lets say announcment in hebrew it show me ׳¢׳“׳›׳•׳ ׳™׳ ׳• ׳—׳“׳©׳•׳×
wierd characters , if i use english it show me it in hebrew..

What is the problem?
Confused

Help please.

Have you tried the ACP -> Tools & Maintenance -> UTF-8 Conversion Tab? Try converting all the tables to UTF-8 to see if that fixes it.
If that doesn't solve it then can we have a link? Smile
