You probably have to install a theme since its not meeting the requirement

you seem new to mybb so i will explain how to install a theme so your showcase get accepted
how to install theme :
1-choose one
http://mods.mybb.com/themes
2-move the files to your ftp
3-ACP>templates and style > themes > import theme > choose the xml file that was with the theme > import!
4-ACP> templates and style > themes > "the theme name" > options > set as default
