There is a plugin like this;

You go in a thread, then on the very bottom of the page, there is a list of related threads...I foregot what it was called?

*note; I'm not looking for the one that during thread creation there is a list of related threads up top above the "your message"

That's not a plugin. Its a setting in the Show Thread Options.
