How can I change the text showing from these 2 variables:

{$admincplink}

Since I am working on a theme, and I don't like the way it shows, and would like to change it to my own .

Admincp ->Templates & Style -> Templates -> Your Theme's Templates -> Header Templates -> header_welcomeblock_member_moderator

Go to your theme's xml file THEME_NAME.xml and search/find "header_welcomeblock_member_moderator". For the admin "header_welcomeblock_member_admin".
