I want to disable attachments and avatars uploads completely. I could not find any option to do that. I set the avatar size to 0 but I can still upload avatars.

ACP>users and groups>groups>"group name">options>edit>Forums and posts>Attachment Options>Attachment Options>un check that > and do it on all the other groups
the avater :
