Hello, i have a problem when someone report a post the admin/mods doesn't see the red alert bar. How can i fix it??

Make sure that whether {$unreadreports} is present in your theme's header template.

i got it in my header_welcomeblock_member but nothing...What can i do?

EDIT : I solved it thank you it goes in the Header - header template
