Try checking in localhost/admin/index.php?module=style-templates&sid=1&expand=10#group_10 and see if any are highlighted in green and that might be your problem if not try looking in headerinclude (localhost/admin/index.php?module=style-templates&sid=1&expand=0-1#group_-1).
Seems some broken code in your header template...

it was error in /inc/languages/english/index.lang.php i fixed
