I'm sorry but its just a default theme, changed thead, tcat BG images. You've to do alot of tweaks to look it better.

Can you help me a bit on what more to change inorder to make this theme more unique and professional...Just change the Width,height and background....what more?

If you want to make it unique, change every element of the theme.

As Yaldaram says, there isn't much that has been changed. It feels really boxy and awkward, try some rounded corners and creating a proper flow in the theme.
