Hello,

I had a member today try and register and "Stop Forum Spam" denied his registration. This is a legitimate member, is there any way that I can bypass this and allow him to register? I even tried registering for him and it wouldn't work.

What can I do?

Are you using check Username? if so don't. I don't know how you can bypass it, but maybe he should contact SFS if his IP or email is listed and request removal: http://www.stopforumspam.com/removal

I disabled the user name option so it only checks emails and IPs.
