I want to change the Icon that I have circled in the picture provided.

Any help will be gladly appreciated. Blush

That is called a favicon. To add a favicon to your forum, create a small 16x16 image, name it 'favicon.ico' and upload it to your forum root (assuming you're not using a subdirectory for your forum).
