Could MattRogowski please make a plugin as a twist on his mysupport plugin. Where theres a forum for users to post bugs and admins and moderators can mark if the bug is solved or not.

Not sure if that's exactly what your looking for, you'd need to change the compatibility line of the plugin to 16*.
