i always get 404 error in all pages. can you guys conform it . here

Put a blank "index.html" file in your main directory. Read the dam thing lol, its telling you what to do.

if i go to index.php I get a 403 forbidden. directoryindex in .htaccess is not set correctly and you may have a permissions issue

Yes I'm getting that to.

No, it does not mean it has compromised. I'd say it means that you've been messing with your .htaccess and messed something up.
