Hey,

I am wanting to add something like a reason so when my mods, global mods ban another member I want to see why they banned them, or they must leave a note why they banned them.

How can I add this or get a plugin, I'm sure i've seen it about some where
This is already in place, please see the screenshots below. Smile

Talk with your mods, that should do it. It would be unusual if you didn't have a somewhat close relationship with your moderators. I only promote users to mods who have been active on my blogs for months, sometimes no less than 6 months. The longer a users invests their time on your blog or forum the more likely that they care about the best interests for the community and the site. So there should be no issue asking them to simply leave more details when disciplining another member; however, perhaps there's waaay too many members needing discipline so in which case great details would be a waste of time and this would also be an indication that something is really wrong in the forum. Members should be able to achieve a clear understanding of the site rules if to clearly post them and they are not counter intuitive to human nature. So long as your rules are to protect the community, then most community member will follow them. My 2 cents. Smile
