i want ask first about portal page ,Are there security issues around it?

second ,my form in this format www.mysite.com/bb
my question how add portal page to index etc ..(www.mysite.com) .

There are no known security issues within MyBB. And if there were they would be fixed ASAP

For the second question you could probably just use a redirect either by PHP (header: Location) or htaccess.

how doing this by htaccess. ??

To set the portal to the default homepage of your forum, add this into a file named .htaccess :

DirectoryIndex portal.php index.php
