Is it possible to filter out threads within my forum that have a specific title prefix.
For example if I have a section that has multiple prefixes and I want to see all threads that have the [Download] Prefix, would that be possible? If so, how?

As Leefish said, this isn't core functionality right now but it is possible via xThreads.
