Ok The owner of Modzworld ''4Gupgrade'' we were switching to GoDaddy from 000Webhost , he backed up the database , all we want from it is the users and post , nothing else ... is it possible ? Thanks

You could just export the users and posts tables from your current database. Delete the users and posts tables from your newly installed copy of MyBB and import the users and posts tables that you exported from your current database into your new database.
You may need to Recount & Rebuild after you've done this. Admincp -> Tools & Maintenance -> Recount & Rebuild
