So my question, do SEO Friendly URLs, in the default mybb settings really help a fourms' SEO? And what about the google SEO plugin?
Are they worth using? Thanks!
The built in SEO friendly URLs are more user friendly URLs than SEO friendly ones. I would assume they help slightly though.

I would recommend the Google SEO plugin as it provides true SEO friendly URLs plus many more features.
Hmm. So the plugin would be the best way to go?
And get to the top of google?
I would advise using the plugin, but that doesn't mean it'll help you get to the top of Google. SEO takes years of work and no plugin on the internet can guarantee Google will consider your forum links higher than any others.
It's not that easy to be number 1 in the google list. It really depends on your content, traffic, blacklinks, values, etc.
SEO optimization of the plugins is just helping you a bit.
All I needed, thanks Smile
Thanks for advice Mr. Nathan
