Okay I have been looking around the forums but didn't see something that was clear enough for me. Hopefully I haven't read blind over it..

The title says all: How To Change posts from unregistered user to an existing user?

I have posts from unregistered users due to the merging system and I want to appoint them to a new user. How to do that?

I did this by working in phpMyAdmin directly, changing a few values in the user and post tables.
