look at the thing around the image not the white thing , the Square around it
how can i fix it ?

from where i can get new set of icons ? as you can see the ones in the photo got some weird white thing around them..

The square box around the image is probably defined in your img class. I can't be sure without seeing the theme.

If you Google for MyBB button sets, you can find a few. This is one that includes quite a few different things: http://mods.mybb.com/view/mybb-transparent-image-pack

For the Edit Post, look for the class .popup_menu

For the white edges around the smilies, you'll need a new smiley pack. There are a lot for free use on the internet, here are some options:
